Three of us took a butter and mozzarella making class. Our instructor was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, charismatic, personable, and funny. I'm making the butter for a big Easter dinner. Very fun to do as a couples date, or with a friend/s. They have a lot of classes. We found them via Groupon...I'm into gifting experiences rather than things so this made a great Christmas gift and birthday gift idea. This is a West Michigan MUST DO! It is in Grand Rapids and we drove from Kalamazoo and it was worth the drive!
